Project components were selected to provide together complete information on the development of cities.
These components are: strategic monitoring, social consultations and research on the quality of life. Monitoring strategy provides data and statistical information about the indicators value describing the socio-economic situation of the city and the competitive position relative to other cities of similar size. Social consultations and research on the quality of life allows to get subjective opinion of residents on key problems and tasks for the development of the city.
The assumption of project Cities of Change is to share experiences between cities in these components and their ability to improve.
