The Poznań experience! Business services sector in Poznań - analysis, challenges, and trends is a report presenting Poznań in terms of investment attractiveness for companies in the modern business services sector, employment prospects for university graduates, real estate potential and opportunities for support from local units of the City Hall. The analysis was prepared by the City of Poznań, Cpl Poland, a global provider of innovative recruitment solutions and Colliers, a leader in the real estate industry. In total, over 50 companies and almost 500 employees were surveyed.

For the first time, institutions from the PFR group (BGK, PARP, ARP) and the Polish Investment Zone Wielkopolska joined forces to provide entrepreneurs with comprehensive knowledge on financial support offered in our region. A series of meetings dedicated to Wielkopolska businessmen under the name: "Is it worth investing?".

Cavallia is an investment carried out in Poznań by two companies with Belgian origins - BPI Real Estate Poland and Revive Poland. As part of the project, 857 apartments, playgrounds and green areas will be built. An additional advantage for residents will be easy access to everyday services thanks to the retail and catering area planned in historic buildings.. The investment will also include office buildings with a total area of 18,640 m². Some of the offices will be located in revitalised buildings once used by uhlans and their horses. In total, 12 new buildings will be constructed on the 5.5 ha site of former cavalry barracks and 5 historic buildings will be revitalized. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2029. Currently, the first stage of the project is on sale, and construction will begin in the second half of June this year.

On 30 May 2023, the gala of the prestige Employer Branding Excellence Awards 2023 took place. The award for the best employer branding strategy of up to PLN 100,000. was awarded to the Poznan-based company Wunderman Thompson Technology.

The German audio equipment manufacturer has opened a shared services centre in the capital of Wielkopolska region. In the beginning, around 50 people had been employed, but Sennheiser plans to increase employment later this year.

Thanks to the initiative of the Wózkowicze Foundation and Rockwool GBS, with its partners' and sponsors' support, the Hybrid Job Fair for People with (Dis)abilities took place on 15 May. The event, which drew attention with its inclusivity, took place at Rockwool GBS's headquarters in Poznań's Wierzbięcice, which is fully adapted for people with disabilities as well as online.
