The African market has become the next growth priority and zone of international influence for SOFTSWISS, after Latin America. The company is confident that Turfsport's technical expertise and the 15 years of experience of its own team will become a well-coordinated professional tandem to expand its portfolio with new innovative products.

Turfsport is a leading software developer with more than 35 years of experience. The company provides completely manageable solutions for online, mobile and retail point-of-sale operators. Turfsport works with more than 40 South African operators.

Andrey Starovoitov, Co-CEO at SOFTSWISS, comments: "Acquiring a successful local company is one of the fastest and most effective ways to enter a new market. I am pleased to announce the finalization of this long-awaited transaction. With this deal, SOFTSWISS takes a significant step forward in its expansion in South Africa and the African continent. I believe that this region is becoming the next global focal point after Latin America."

Poland remains a priority market for the international software developer in terms of office development and recruitment. The number of specialists in the stationary development centres in Poznań and Warsaw increased by 98% last year and reached a ceiling of 450 people. At the same time, the geographical reach of the SOFTSWISS team, which works remotely around the world (over 2,000 employees), extends far beyond Europe. We are talking about countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Indonesia, Portugal and dozens of other countries.
