The SOFTSWISS Group actively creates new jobs by recruiting specialists in various fields and areas. Over several years of strengthening its position on the local market and in the IT sector, the SOFTSWISS team has become one of the most dominant players on the Polish labour market. This was recognised at the 2022 SIGMA Europe awards, where SOFTSWISS was recognised as the best workplace in the "Workplace of the Year" category.

In 2023, the Polish SOFTSWISS team grew year-on-year by 98% increasing the team in Poland to 450 employees. Along with the rapid growth, the need for expanded workspace has also increased. In the spring of this year, SOFTSWISS opened an office in the prestigious business district of Warsaw, and in November 2023 the Poznań team moved to the Nowy Rynek E business centre, occupying a space of approximately 2,000 sq m.

On 22 December 2023, a ribbon-cutting took place in Poznań to open a modern office infrastructure in the Nowy Rynek business complex. The official opening of the new development centre was attended by the Head of Investor Relations Department Katja Ložina, as a representative of the City of Poznań, and other invited guests, who have made significant contributions to the dynamic development of SOFTSWISS in Poland.
